Off Season

I've tried to have a fairly relaxed off season and ended up doing a 25 mile charity walk, road 10k (43 mins), Seven Sisters Marathon (4.45) and some walking in Scotland. Knees have been complaining at the abusive treatment so am giving them a rest in favour of concentrating on the bike and swim.

Marathon was suprisingly good, particularly in the last few miles.
